Windows 8.1 user here. It works great for disabling stuck key(s) on built-in/internal laptop keyboards while still allowing any USB keyboard key(s) to work. No need for installation or restart. Quick & Easy.

This is a great program. Once you learn how to use it and add some imagination, you will use it forever.

Have not found it to work under Windows 7 for the Numpad + or - keys. Keys remain at the default values.
